I’m a senior trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy, the essence of my approach is that we all have inherent health and wellbeing within us. Often we get stuck in our patterns and ways of being in the world that can take us away from our true nature. My approach offers a way to engage more fully with yourself focusing on the mind-body connection.
I work integratively, drawing on mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy, taking time to explore together what is happening for you, reflecting on how you are feeling and what might need some attention. I will be guided by you and we will go at your pace. The key to the work is the strength of the relationship and creating a trusting holding space.
