My belief is that the quality of relationship created between therapist and client is key to a successful outcome. Therefore my wish is to provide a safe and confidential space in which we can build a trusting and respectful relationship. Through carefully listening to you and the concerns that have brought you to therapy my aim is to work with you at a pace that suits your needs but also provides you with challenge when you are ready.
Offering Counselling and Psychotherapy- I am BACP Accredited and UKATA Dip. qualified and have a comprehensive training in CBT. Whether you are looking for long or short-term work I have the flexibility to incorporate different ways of working within a wide range of presentations to include: anxiety, depression, relationships, coping strategies and more.
Sometimes we are not always clear as to what it is that is troubling us or what we are seeking. Therapy provides a unique space to explore our thoughts, feelings and behaviours so we can develop a good self awareness which in turn allows us to make better decisions about our future, our goals and the pathway to achieving them.
