There are many different reasons why people experience low mood, stress, anxiety, self-doubt and self-criticism. Starting therapy can be a courageous step towards overcoming these challenges, understanding and healing from past experiences. In therapy, I create a safe space to explore any difficulties, building a trusting relationship and a platform that enables you to develop useful coping skills and empowers you to live a more meaningful life. As a Clinical Psychologist, I work in line with these values across my private practice and NHS work, supporting adults, parents and children to navigate through the complexities of life.
Through my extensive training &, depending on your needs, I can offer or combine a range of therapies e.g., Narrative, Systemic, Compassion-Focused (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), interweaving psychoanalytic theory to support a deeper understanding. My additional BABCP accreditation ensures specialised Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where needed.
Together, we can identify your goals & tailor therapy to your needs. We may address anxiety/low mood around anger, social/relational difficulties, low self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, OCD, pregnancy, panic, health and neurological conditions.
