A warm welcome to Forever Growing Counselling; I am Jacqueline a highly skilled Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I also hold experience has a school counsellor and therapeutic practitioner. Together we create a safe calming space, reducing overwhelm, turning the noise down, promoting self exploration and expression, gaining deep understanding of challenges faced. At your pace we work towards soothing anxiety, becoming your own best friend, letting go of the all too loud critic thats been putting you down for longer than you can remember. This is time just for you, meeting your needs, investing in health and wellbeing.
I draw from various models, including mindfulness, promoting the development of healthy emotional strategies, bringing down stress and worry, to feel safe, I hold specialism in neuro-diversity, anxiety, attachments and trauma with extensive experience, successfully supporting clients living with grief, panic, low self esteem and disorganised patterns.
I understand the process of finding a counsellor can be daunting, too much at times, talking yourself into it and then out again, I have been in this positions, having had counselling.
