Hello, my name is Jacqueline and I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working online and in Lewes to help adults and young people to create positive changes. At the moment, you may be feeling overwhelmed by your emotions. Trauma, abuse, or neglect from the past may be haunting you. You may be approaching a life transition with anxiety and fear. As a relational therapist with an emotion-focus, I can help with a range of emotional problems and relationship issues. I can help you to reach your goal of living a more meaningful life, where you may feel calmer, more confident and more connected with your loved ones.
