I have a background in Social Care where I worked with complex family and relationship issues. Through my experience I have come to understand how instrumental caring, supportive relationships are to reducing stress and increasing emotional well-being. It has led to a passion for working as a therapist to help people improve relationships, to feel connected to, heard and valued by spouses, partners, friends and family. Through resolving conflict, repairing hurt, anger and where you are able to let go of resentments it can lead to a healthier sex-life and sexual functioning.
I am a qualified individual adult, couples and relationship therapist working with a specialisation in sex and relationships. I am currently undertaking specialised training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy working with a variety of issues such as; low desire, vaginismus, dyspareunia, rapid ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and sexual compulsion.
Managing relationship difficulties can often be challenging, feel frustrating and where you can often experience a feeling of not knowing where to turn for support. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment in which you can talk about issues that may be affecting your relationship, such as conflict, confidence, past trauma and sex and sex-related issues.
