Hi, I'm Jackie. I feel very privileged to be able to work with both adults and children. When I am working with someone I always feel it is such an honour to be brought into their world and walk the journey with them for a while. As an Integrative counsellor I can use different ways to support the journey you are on. I offer my clients a bespoke way of working that suits them, working together on whatever may concern them. Whatever the age of the person, concern or difficulty they are going through I see them as the expert and I work collaboratively to support them in resolving issues or reaching goals they may set.
I have experience in many areas but find each person I meet requires something different, although I am trained in an integrated way I see myself more as a person centered counsellor who can blend other ideas in to suit the needs of the person. I like to work in a way that can be open, collaborative, creative, play based and at the pace that's right for you.
I'm a practitioner with many years supporting both adults and children through difficult times in their lives. As a counsellor I understand how difficult it can be to reach out to someone when you may need extra support. I try to make this as easy on my clients as possible by offering a free 30 minute conversation virtually.
