Hello. Well done for wanting to seek out counselling and psychotherapy to help you explore what is holding you back from living a fulfilled life. I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw upon different theories and skills to suit your therapeutic needs. My main speciality is bereavement and loss. and I also work with a variety of other issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self esteem, illness, issues with work, women issues, and abuse.
My approach is relational, whereby I believe the therapeutic relationship between us is the key to enabling your therapy to be successful. I offer a safe space which is confidential, non-judgemental for long or short term counselling, working online (Zoom), or face to face on Mondays, Thursday mornings, or early evenings
