I will stay alongside you and help you to challenge yourself as you come to terms with past decisions and make some new ones.
I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist based in North-East Edinburgh. As well as working in my own practice, I volunteer with LGBT Health and Wellbeing. I am also trained in loss and bereavement counselling and was a volunteer counsellor with Cruse Bereavement Scotland.
I have experienced the positive changes that looking at my life in the presence of a warm, accepting and non-judgmental counsellor can bring. This is what I aim to offer clients in my own practice. I will accept you as you are and listen without judgement as you try to identify the changes you want to make in your life.
