Hello, I am Iveta - a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have considerable experience in working with children, young people and adults. My area of work includes supporting people with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, self-harm, social and general anxiety, friendship and relationship difficulties, divorce or separation, emotional difficulties, emotional and physical abuse, trauma, bereavement, loss, post traumatic stress disorder, low self-esteem and bullying.
My approach is integrative and creative. I have established therapeutic models such as Psychodynamic and those are incorporated as appropriate in my work. I am led by your needs and directed by what you want from the sessions. I consider myself to be approachable and friendly with respect and empathy at the heart of my work.
