I offer a safe space and aim to help you make sense of your difficult experiences, work with your thoughts and feelings and support you in getting a better understanding of who you are so that you can make positive changes in your life. Sometimes though you might want help and support from a professional with whatever difficult thoughts and feelings you are experiencing at the time. I am fluent in English, French, and Portuguese and bring a wealth of international and cultural experience having lived abroad until the age of 24. This enables me to offer a widened sense of perspective when supporting clients who often feel overwhelmed by life. I offer in-person and online therapy.
