I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist offering both in person and online sessions. Whether you’re dealing with challenges in interpersonal relationships, wanting to develop a better understanding of yourself or looking to gain more insight into your feelings and the experiences that have shaped you, I work with a range of mental health issues and emotional challenges.
I offer a safe and confidential space where we’ll work together to explore what’s troubling you, be it a recent difficulty or something you’ve struggled with for a while. I am available for weekly, or twice-weekly sessions. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time on the same day each week.
