I offer a safe space for clients who might be struggling with life situations or want to work on self awareness. My main interest as a therapist is to accompany my clients in a process of self discovery that inspires growth.
I work with a psychodynamic approach, which is based on the idea that our early life experiences shape the way we perceive and interact with the world around us. We develop coping mechanisms that become automatic, but they are not necessarily useful in our adult life. We can work together to identify them and decide what changes you would like to make.
I have worked with people in various different settings; people from different countries, cultures, believes and identities. This has broadened my interest and understanding of human experience, and led me to believe every therapy should have an intersectional approach that considers all individual and social factors that affect who we are and the difficult
