I practice Acceptance and commitment therapy blended with a trauma focus. Similar to CBT but more in line with the science behind the mind. This helps clients to regulate and become at ease with their emotions. It helps clients relate more skilfully with the human mind and body. I specialise in EMDR trauma therapy. Its recommended by NICE guidlines.
