Hi, I'm Kristin. I have been a counsellor for over fifteen years, and have been blessed and trusted with countless stories of the human experience. I consider it an honour and a privilege to help others purposefully and consciously connect with their own power. We all, at times, need support and guidance as we become aware of what we need to heal and attempt to navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and grace. I am a BACP registered counsellor and certified empowerment coach with a graduate degree in counselling psychology. In 2016 I moved from Canada to the UK and have settled happily in Brighton. I have an integrative, rational and modern approach to counselling/coaching that also embraces various modalities of holistic healing and spiritual psychology.
As a holistic practitioner, my intention and skillset is all about empowering you to connect with your own inner wisdom and comprehensively transform your health and well-being: body, mind, and spirit.
