Hello, I am Inese. I am a trained integrative counsellor. My goal is to help you overcome your concerns and achieve your desired goals. I am offering a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space where we together can explore your worries, feelings and thoughts regardless of the issue. I believe in the significance of being heard, understood and valued for who you are.
As an integrative counsellor, I use various theoretical approaches and interventions to create sessions that suit your specific needs. Regular check-ins enable you to progress at your own pace towards your chosen goal.
I have experience working with female, male, LGBTQ+ , neurodiverse clients, couples and families. I have supported clients who have gone through relationship issues, suffered from anxiety, depression, loss, grief, bereavement and other connecting problems.
