I am an experienced clinical psychologist having worked across a number of leading London hospitals such as St Thomas's, Chelsea and Westminster and the Tavistock. I tailor my approach to the individual and work using an integrative approach, drawing on therapeutic models including attachment theory, systemic, narrative and CBT. I work with clients facing psychological challenges including low mood, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration and more. I love working with individuals, as well as having a special interest in helping parents to support their child experiencing distress.
My specialist expertise is working with those in the perinatal period and I am passionate about helping parents to manage the difficulties with conception, pregnancy, loss, birth trauma and the postnatal period.
