I am an integrative counsellor offering talking therapy focused on you and your needs. Sometimes this will mean providing a safe place to openly discuss your concerns and difficulties without judgement and sometimes this will be providing solutions and guidance around practical elements to help overcome your concerns and difficulties, depending on what best suits your needs. I work with children, young people, adults and couples across a range of presenting issues.
I work online via remote sessions. Sessions would take place either via telephone call, Zoom Video/Audio call or FaceTime Video/Audio call, whichever you prefer. With children/young people who struggle with remote sessions, sessions with often then take place in a school or community setting around preston.
I have worked for charities supporting all ages ranges with multiple mental health issues, and continue to do so alongside my private practice.
