If you have barriers to expressing yourself, understanding emotions or feeling creative, music therapy could be for you. My primary aim is to get to know you for who you are and, through sensitive verbal and musical interaction, celebrate your personality, creativity and potential. Whatever challenges you experience, I hope to give you a sense of connection, acceptance and understanding.
Thame Music Therapy is an inclusive and welcoming service where sessions are engaging and always tailored to individual needs. Music therapy offers opportunities for free improvisation, song writing, musical games and reflection. It can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing anxiety, social isolation and difficulties expressing themselves.
I welcome new referrals, start with a free initial phone consultation and offer a reduced-cost introductory session for you to get to know the environment and see if this form of therapy suits you. Please don't hesitate to get in touch!
