We are a person-centred Counsellors but flexible in our approach to fit what you need and can uncover the stumbling blocks you might not be or not aware of and by building a therapeutic relationship, forging trust and understanding is where progress can begin, helping you find your balance to reduce anxiety and pressures of life.
We provide a free initial consultation, this is where you discuss what you feel are your concerns and how it affects your life. The consultation takes about 30 min, giving you a taster of what to expect; what it's like to be in counselling.
