Hello, I'm Holly and I offer support for individuals and couples / multi-partnered people with issues relating to all things sex and relationships. I cover a range of topics, but my specialism sits with young adults (18-35), women's sexual health matters and relationship problems. This might include; dating concerns, low sexual desire, sexual anxiety, vaginismus, erectile problems, sexual health questions and living with STIs, low self-esteem/body image concerns. I also offer therapy for people needing support with recovering from affairs, improving communication or re-establishing intimacy in their relationship.
When it comes to issues relating to sex and relationships, it can often seem difficult to ask for help, because these very topics are deeply personal and private to us. With my calm, empathetic, and non-judgement approach, I can offer a space for you to feel truly heard and move towards living a happy and fulfilling life.
I provide in person therapy sessions from a comfortable, welcoming space in a central part of Letchworth Garden City. I also offer online therapy via Zoom.
