Psychotherapy offers the possibility of meeting some of the simple human needs that can be rare to find in today’s busy society. A space to be truly seen and heard; a space for the expression and unfolding of your true nature, for tuning in to your heart and soul, and for being welcomed just as you are.

I am a trainee integrative psychotherapist at the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute, and am offering therapy as part of their affordable therapy service. I am a registered member of UKCP and fully supported by their policies and code of ethics with appropriate insurance and a current DBS. I offer sessions of 50 minutes usually weekly, and the cost is £35.

I offer a welcoming space where we can explore together any troubles or wishes, hopes or fears you may have in your life. As an integrative practitioner, I incorporate a range of approaches that will support us to look at patterns you may be stuck in, or ways you are not feeling fulfilled, or any other challenges you may be facing.
