Henry is a MBACP accredited relational counsellor and psychotherapist offering long and short term working for a wide range of presentations. Henry works face to face and online with clients both in the UK and abroad. He works with many issues including social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, managing anxiety, low moods, depression, coping skills, feeling overwhelmed, isolation, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, abuse, and trauma.
Henry practices an holistic approach of counselling and psychotherapy whilst drawing upon various methods and theory to inform his practice. Henry is an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and abides by their code of ethics.
