I am licensed in the UK with 15 years of professional work experience in the field of mental health (Nhs&Occupationalhealth). In my practice, I am passionate about helping clients with stress, anxiety, GAD, trauma, grief and loss, depression, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, recovering from a controlling relationship, co-dependency, parenting support.
How might counselling help? My role is to support your journey by providing a confidential safe space and the necessary tools and techniques to gain the confidence to take control of your situation at your pace and make positive changes. I work with both adults and teenagers and have considerable experience completing external work for secondary schools.
