My work is underpinned by Buddhist principles and practice and is strongly influenced by Jungian and Humanistic psychology as well as Family Constellation principles and Shamanic Practice. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space where you can explore the feelings, the thoughts, and relational patterns which get in the way of you fully living.
I was raised in Greece by a Greek father and English mother and speak both languages. I have a wealth of life experience and have travelled down many paths in my life. By this I mean that many of the issues people bring to the space are like the issues I have battled with. Alongside my Private Practice, I have been working in complex needs arena.
