Sometimes life can feel like a struggle. If you are having a difficult time, I'd like to help if I can. I offer a warm, professional and confidential space to help you talk about and work through whatever is troubling you. Whether it is anxiety, relationships, depression, bereavement, loss, stress, trauma, self-confidence or something else, I am here to listen and offer supportive, non-judgemental counselling. I am a fully accredited (MBACP Accred) and experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor offering support to individual adults and young people aged 16 and above, through face to face, online and telephone counselling sessions.
As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) I am professionally experienced in a range of counselling approaches with a particular interest in attachment theory, meaning I take an individual approach to meet each client's needs to help find a way forward.
