I am an integrative therapist and coach with many years of experience supporting people to overcome life's obstacles and difficulties. I understand the enormous amount of courage it takes to reach out and start counselling especially when you are experiencing a challenging time, although, you don't have to be in a crisis to benefit from therapy but it's ok if you are. People can come for therapy for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we just talk and process what is happening in our lives in a safe space with the acknowledgement that we will be heard and not judged
I appreciate it can feel daunting starting therapy, so I provide a free 30-minute first-session assessment via telephone or Zoom so that you can ask any questions you may have about starting counselling with me to ensure I am the right fit for you.
