Hello. I am Helen Gilbert, your therapist, and we will get through this together. I'm a psychotherapist who works with people who need support to make sense of what's going on and to find a way to breathe a little more easily. I don't try to impose my own agenda or theory onto you and your situation. Therapy is different with every person.
Therapy could help you understand how your past relationships, upbringing and way of thinking might affect you. We will work together to help you process what's happening, get to know yourself better and help you live more freely. Therapy can help to process what's happening, find grounding from being overwhelmed, make sense of and clarify difficult feelings
