I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist, Trauma Therapist and Specialist Infertility Counsellor, specialising in working with women. I have over 15 years experience of working in the field of mental health. I work with women who have experienced trauma (in all forms), PTSD and other distressing life events. I also work with women who are struggling with infertility, baby loss and involuntary childlessness.
My offering includes trauma focused therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specialist counselling/therapy for infertility, involuntary childlessness and baby loss. My aim is to provide a trusting and non-judgemental space where women will feel safe and supported enough to work through their difficulties.
I offer a free 20 min telephone consultation. This will be an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy & for you to get a sense of me & how I work. If after our telephone consultation we decide that it would be helpful to meet, the next stage of the process will be an initial consultation where we can discuss your needs in more detail.
