Maybe you are bereaved and feeling hopeless, but can't discuss this with family? Counselling is a talk therapy and it is extremely useful for exploring what is going on beneath the surface we present to the world, that version of ourselves that tries so hard to keep all of the plates spinning at all costs. I want to help you with whatever you are feeling, you are not alone with this.
As a person-centred counsellor, I will listen with empathy and without judgement. I will reflect back to you what I am hearing and support you as you gain greater insight into your thoughts and feelings. Often what is explored is quite a mixture of our past, present and future, this is healthy, the human experience is a natural combination of all three.
