I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help individuals identify the changes they’d like to make and to learn new skills for dealing with difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I work with adults and adolescents aged 16+
I have 20 years’ experience in the NHS and private practice. I am trained to doctorate level in evidence-based therapies including CBT, CFT & ACT. I am a certified schema therapist and offer longer-term therapy to address unmet childhood needs, attachment trauma and to understand and change problematic relationship patterns and difficult coping patterns.
