A place where you can come to accept things you cannot change, have compassion for your most vulnerable self and hopeful growth towards your true whole self. I work in an integrative style, which means I can draw on different approaches within psychotherapy to build a working alliance personalised to you while also drawing on my own inner responses and felt sense.
The therapeutic relationship we create is the key to our work. I believe we each hold the potential to come to terms with our wounds. Together, we can engage in compassionate, honest self-reflection and self-acceptance. I bring warmth, empathy and my own authenticity. Together, in a non-judgemental environment, we can work towards understanding and growth.
I first sought therapy after the death of my husband from cancer and learned so much -I am in my fourth year of an MA in Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy at BCPC.
