Hi, I am an intuitive, warm hearted and empathetic psychotherapist, offering sessions where we will work together to make sense of; life changes, bereavement, loss, negative feelings, stress triggers, thought processes, behavioural issues and issues that have triggered anxiety, depression and a lack of purpose. I offer Hypnotherapy, NLP and Energy Psychology within my sessions to support emotional release, resulting in a greater sense of well-being and emotional balance.
