Parenting a child that experiences mental health struggles can be incredibly challenging and feel isolating, speaking through your experiences with someone that relates to your situation can be empowering and provide a release.

I have experience working with clients who are living with grief and loss through bereavement, relationship breakdowns, loss of independence and terminal illness. I work with carers and understand the complex emotions this can bring. Parenting is hard and can take a toll on you mentally and affect your relationships.

Counselling can be life enhancing. It can help you understand yourself and others so you can thrive. Together, we can explore your experiences to build on empowering you to work out the best way forward in a calm, nonjudgmental and accepting environment.
