Hello, my name is Sheila and I and work in the UK with over 16 years of professional experience. I offer therapy sessions over the telephone, remote or face to face. I have much experience in helping clients with a broad range of symptoms and thoughts some of which are; Low mood, depression, loss and bereavement, anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence, relationship and work related matters. I offer different types of therapy such as CBT of which may help to help you change your thought pattern to a more positive way of thinking. Talking therapy for low mood and Bereavement and Loss and as well as life coaching to help you with any life struggles, all of which may help you to think and feel in a more positive, alterative and a happier way.
I hope to work with you to create an open and safe environment where your thoughts, feelings and emotions can be shared without any fear of them being judged.
