I am an experienced Person Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist who integrates other approaches into my practice working therapeutically with Adults and Young People. I have a particular interest in Trauma,PTSD,Fear and Addictions and its connection with Anxiety and Depression and work to help you find the solutions to reduce the impact this has on your life.
We all have our own individual personal journey through life as we navigate the challenges life can throw at us.I aim to provide a safe confidential space where you will be genuinely heard, valued,accepted and respected in an environment that will allow you to reconnect with the trust,love and value in yourself as we journey throughout our sessions together.
