Hi, my name is Kathy. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, particularly anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, addiction and grief. I have a profound passion for working with young people aged 11 to 18 years old, as I'm also a Youth Worker.
My mission will be to help you manage your issues by talking through them in a safe and warm environment, with no judgment. I will offer you the tools to manage your issues through exploration, with an Integrative approach as " you cannot put the same shoe on every foot" , as we are all unique in our own way.
