Hi, I'm Charlotte an experienced, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I'm ok... I'm ok ...sound familiar when you're feeling far from ok? I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person Centred Counselling. I also draw on other types of therapy such as, solution focused and mindfulness.
