Thank you for viewing my profile. Starting therapy and finding the right therapist can be difficult, so please let me know if you would like any further information or have any particular questions. I am fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with the BABCP. I have over 12 years experience working in the NHS and voluntary sector delivering CBT to clients with common mental health problems. I provide face to face, online and telephone appointments.
I have been specifically trained to support people with a range of mental health problems including, depression, anxiety disorders (generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder and phobias), post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, low self esteem and stress management.
I am warm natured person and I really enjoy helping others. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to talk. I am genuinely interested in listening to you and working collaboratively towards your goals.
