I am a psychotherapist in training, studying for an MA in Humanist and Integrative Psychotherapy. My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative and I provide a confidential space free from judgment. You are the expert in your own experiences and I offer to be alongside you in whatever you choose to bring to our sessions. I will work with you collaboratively to build a strong therapeutic partnership so that you can feel safe to express yourself freely and in doing so gain self understanding, acceptance and increased resilience in facing difficulties in life.

I am trained in a wide range of psychotherapeutic theories so that I can work with you as an individual, drawing on different expertise to meet your needs. I have worked as a trainee psychotherapist at SWAN project with clients in addiction recovery and have worked for 8 years as a specialist complex trauma case worker for St Mungo's, NHS and The Red Cross.

If you would like to explore starting therapy together please do get in touch and we can set up an initial session. My practise is based in central Bristol with good transport links. I charge a low cost fee of £25 per 50min session. Sessions are held weekly, I practise weekday evenings. I am fully insured, supervised & a trainee member of the UKCP.
