Hello there, I am Hannah, and I hold a postgraduate diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGdip), and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I imagine you are here because you are struggling right now. Perhaps you are feeling lost, stuck or confused. I aim to offer a warm, accepting space for you to work through whatever you bring, so that you can better understand yourself and your needs.

The Psychosynthesis style of counselling is integrative (drawing from all schools of psychology), and involves a holistic approach, appealing to those who are longing for a more authentic and truer experience of themselves. Its really important to find a therapist with whom you feel safe and supported, so chat to a few people and go with your intuition.

Counselling does require motivation, time, commitment and a certain amount of bravery to work with uncomfortable feelings, or difficult memories. It can be scary at first and takes time to build up trust and confidence, however, we will go at your pace, focusing on whatever you choose to bring. I work on Thursdays in-person, and the rest of the week online.
