Welcome, I am Hannah Elliott. I specialise in sexual wellbeing for women by exploring the challenges faced through womanhood and sexuality. I see these challenges as a rite of passage and a series of initiations, often presenting themselves through our menstruality, sexuality and sensuality, and ultimately leading us on a path where we have no choice but to slow down and listen to the body. These challenges might show up as pelvic pain, pain on penetration, anxiety around intimacy and communication. I work closely to support women through pregnancy loss, both pre/ post termination and miscarriage.
Understanding the internalised pressures and experiences often encountered through intimacy and sexuality, I aim to work with these conflicts as healing opportunities to help resolve and release any stuck emotional energy, which over a prolonged period of time can start to manifest as physical symptoms.
The process of getting in touch with who you are and what is really going on beneath the surface is where your healing happens. I aim to create a safe space that helps you explore the often hidden emotional link to symptoms, both physically and mentally.
