I am Accredited with the BACP. This means that my practice has met the higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner. I work from a trauma informed approach, with substantial experience of understanding the impact of substance misuse. Together we can tap into your motivations for change, to help you become the person you want to be.
If you are looking to overcome trauma, build self-esteem and confidence or repair and heal from the impact of difficult relationships, I provide a safe, trusting space which is conducive to healthy personal development and healing. I am a Level 3 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, and regularly staff L1 trainings as a Programme Assistant (PA).
