Therapy can support us through our difficulties and towards our goals or help us to explore and understand ourselves better. My role is to support you through the process in a safe and supportive space at your own pace to find your way through these difficulties. I work with many areas including, trauma, depression, low self esteem, issues around gender, sexuality and relationship diversities. I offer a variety of therapy options to suit your particular needs.
I am a BACP accredited integrative counsellor and EMDR therapist with experience of working in a variety of NHS services as well as privately. I specialised in working with trauma , depression, anxiety, low self esteem and issues around gender, sexuality and relationships.
I believe it it’s important to have a good relationship with your therapist and so offer a reduced fee initial appointment to discuss our work together and welcome emails to ask any questions regarding sessions that you might have. I currently have availability for online sessions online.
