I love working with adults, young and old, who have goals but sometimes get stuck because of issues from the past; perhaps trauma, bullying or family issues. I can help to identify what these issues are and find ways to overcome them. Or you may be suffering from PTSD and wish to be free of the debilitating symptoms this can cause for yourself and your family. I have many tools to draw upon and a wide range of life and work experience. I can work with you to get you back on track quickly and safely so that you can lead a happier and healthier life
I work with my clients to look at the blocks or obstacles that stop us from moving forward or that compromise our resilience. If these blocks are as a result of trauma then I am fully qualified to treat this in a non-invasive and safe way. My work is typically fast acting and solution focussed.
Human Givens therapy is effective both in terms of time and therefore, cost; a way of getting one's life back on track quickly - it is not about going over and over old hurts and wounds but finding a positive way forward as quickly as possible.
