My name is Hannah Green and I am a Fully-Qualified BACP Person Centred Counsellor, based in the North West of England. I have several years experience, working with adults, teenagers and young people; supporting them through a range of issues (such as anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement and trauma). I specialise in Person Centred counselling, which is at the core of my practice. This means, that all the sessions are led by you and will move at a pace you feel comfortable with. I also integrate a variety of additional theoretical-models, approaches and techniques to suit the individual.
During our sessions, we will explore past and present behaviours, possible triggers, events, thought-patterns, reactions and feelings; to find new ways of moving forward. With an emphasis on working towards honest self-exploration.
I will be there with you every step of the way, offering a non-judgmental safe-space for you to share, explore and work through your feelings. I believe that the person-centred approach provides the best opportunity for healing; empowering you to become a more self-aware, understanding and healthy individual.
