I am a licensed Psychotherapist, with experience in a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, life changes, relationship issues and addiction. My background is in psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on exploring patterns of behaviour, thoughts and emotions, both at a conscious and sub conscious level. At times we are required to look at past experiences to understand the impact it could be having on our present. I also have experience working with CBT and Solution focused therapy.
My approach to therapy is tailored to your individual needs and goals . You are the expert of your life, my role is to provide a safe space to become attuned to your authentic self snd support you in reflecting, understanding and managing the impacts of your current, or historical life experiences.
