My clients value openly talking about themselves and the difficulties they experience to work out how to move forward in their lives. To date I have worked with clients who experience: deep loneliness; anxiety and/or depression; who want to change their outlook of their life; who have an inability to cope with recent or continual change; who experience unhappiness with their work/life balance or relationship issues; who are impacted by or have been impacted by domestic violence.
My role as a therapist is to give you the space to be yourself and help you voice your thoughts and feelings and how you react to situations to understand yourself better and explore your options based on your needs and make choices that are right for you. Part of this is about helping you find ways of coping and be OK when things become really difficult.
