I understand that it can be hard to seek counselling support and talk about the difficuIt parts of life but I know that empathic listening and support can make a massive difference from my work with clients and also my own development when I have had counselling. I will also explore with you how you want to be in the world so you can change the things in your life that are currently challenging.
