If you are looking for help with anxiety, depression or feeling bad about yourself and find that you lack motivation, I can provide individual help. My specialist areas of expertise are working with Imposter Syndrome and anxiety. I also have a background working with other areas of interest such as PTSD, C-PTSD and trauma. I work in a compassionate, non-judgmental way that is clear and collaborative. Clients often choose me to work with as they find me 'normal, approachable and empathic'.

I use EMDR as my main approach, with CBT or ACT to complement the work. I understand that one therapy format does not suit everybody so I offer various formats of therapy. 1) Weekly sessions; 2) EMDR intensive sessions; 3) A 6-month Imposter Syndrome package. I am aware that emotional pain can lead to anxiety, rumination and low mood. A lot of people I see cope with this emotional weight through activities which bring short-term relief but lead to long-term feelings of shame. I am here to support you through this.
